First we set up a meeting at your house to look at the build requirements and understand your style, specific needs and budget. Afterwards we will create a tailored quote divided into fixed costs and an allowance section.
After the contract is signed and once we´ve obtained permits from the city and home owners association we will start the remodel.
We will be working with you in each step of the process to make your remodel as smooth as possible. Our remodel times can vary between 1 to 5 months.
