First we start with a meeting were we look to understand your style, specific needs, budget, and go over your architectural plans. Afterwards we will create a tailored quote divided into fixed costs and an allowance section. 

After the contract is signed and once we´ve obtained permits from the city and any home owners association approvals, if needed, we will begin construction of your home.
