You’ll receive a carefully structured proposal with transparent fixed costs and clearly defined allowances. Together with the proposal, you will receive a selections document that highlights everything that was considered for the build.
Once agreements are in place and all required permits and approvals are secured, we begin construction. Our team manages every aspect of the remodel with precision, from scheduling and trade coordination to inspections and quality control. Using our in house systems and hands on oversight, we maintain exceptional standards, clear communication, and a streamlined experience throughout the build.
As your new build or remodel reaches completion, we guide you through detailed walkthroughs, final selections, and finishing touches to ensure every element aligns with the original vision. Remodel timelines typically range from 6 to 9 months, depending on scope.
Our relationship doesn’t end at completion, we remain available to ensure your home performs beautifully long after you move back in.
